3 Patti Blue Login and Recovery Guide
Signing in is normally a number and password, or a fresh one time password sent to the bound number. Problems almost always come from one of four causes, listed below with what actually helps.
Forgotten password
Use the in app reset, which sends a code to the bound number. If you no longer hold that number, the reset route is closed and only app support can help.
Changed SIM
Because the account is tied to a number, losing the number is the hardest recovery case. Contact support with whatever proof of prior use you have.
Login loop
The app accepts the credentials and returns to the start screen. Usually a session or cache problem: clear the app cache, reconnect and try again.
Account locked
Frequently triggered by multiple accounts on one device or unusual login locations. Do not open a second account; that tends to make it worse.
Keeping the account yours
- Use a unique password and change it if you ever type it on someone else's phone.
- Never let anyone else log in on your behalf, including a supposed agent.
- Sign out on shared devices, and remove the app before selling or handing on a phone.
- Treat any message offering to boost, unlock or top up your balance as an attempted theft.
