The IPs Exceed message is one of the most searched problems for this app, and it is also one of the most misunderstood. It is not a ban, and in most cases it has nothing to do with your account at all.
What the message means
Every device on the internet reaches a server from a network address. Card game apps count how many accounts and sessions arrive from a single address, because a large number from one place is the signature of chip transfer between accounts controlled by the same person. When your address crosses whatever threshold the operator has set, new sessions from it get refused, and you see the IPs Exceed message.
Why it hits ordinary players
Shared Wi-Fi
A hostel, café, office or family house where several people use the same app all appear as one address.
Carrier address sharing
Mobile networks routinely put many customers behind one public address, so you can trigger it with no one else nearby.
VPNs
A VPN server address is shared by every user on it, which makes this far more likely rather than less.
More than one account
Two accounts on the same connection, even legitimately, count towards the same limit.
What to try
- Switch networks. Move from Wi-Fi to mobile data or the other way round; this alone resolves most cases.
- Turn any VPN off. If you were using one to reach the app, that is very likely the cause.
- Restart the router. Many home connections take a new address on reconnect.
- Wait. Counters are usually time based, so an hour often clears it without further action.
- Avoid a second account. Creating one to get around the block is the fastest way to get both locked.
- Contact in app support if it persists on a connection you do not share.
